Based on our knowledge and experience in the market, we narrow the list and present the properties that meet your criteria. This allows for a more detailed discussion and analysis of the remaining properties under consideration. Often, as alternative locations are seen and evaluated, other criteria come to mind that will be added to the considerations developed during the Definition of Requirements phase.

Presentation  A list of buildings we consider qualified to meet your needs will be presented, and this becomes the “First Cut” list. Our rationale for choosing these properties will be fully explained so you will be satisfied you are focusing on the right group of prospective locations.

Discussion and Evaluation We will look at the merits of all buildings on the presentation list, and with your input, determine which properties to add to or delete from this “First Cut” list.
