Craig Reisinger, CCIM is the founder of Advocate Commercial Real Estate, LLC. He graduated from Furman University in 1976 with a BA in Business Administration. After three years with IBM Corporation’s Data Processing Division, he started his career in Atlanta’s office market as a representative of both Landlords and Tenants, and in office property development. He is a Life Member of the Million Dollar Club of The Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, a Phoenix Award winner, and through professional education and a track record of experience and successful real estate transactions, earned his CCIM designation in May of 1994.

Craig has been an independent broker focusing on the interests of commercial space users (tenants/buyers) in Metropolitan Atlanta’s office market since 1995. With substantial formal training and over thirty years experience in Atlanta’s commercial real estate market, he has a thorough understanding of the elements necessary to complete successful real estate transactions. He brings this experience to bear through market knowledge, negotiating skills and loyal service orientation to his Clients. His focus is to enable Clients to make intelligent real estate decisions just as they make intelligent decisions within their own areas of expertise.

 

What is a CCIM?

A CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) is a recognized expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry. The designation helps CCIMs and their clients minimize risk and make more informed decisions.

The CCIM pin is earned after successfully completing a designation process that ensures CCIMs are proficient not only in theory, but also in practice. Taught by established practitioners, the program provides a real-world education in:
